Return and Exchange Policy

At Lucir, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Refunds are issued in the form of vouchers. Cash refunds are not available
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached
• Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges
