• Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Refunds are issued in the form of vouchers. Cash refunds are not available
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached
• Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges
